How do I create an achievement?
Click the "+ Add Achievement" button in the header or navigate to the Add Achievement page. Fill in the details, upload photos or videos, and save your achievement.
How do I manage my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription to view your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, and manage your billing information.
What are the storage limits?
Storage limits vary by plan. Free Starter plans have limited storage, while paid plans offer more storage. Check your plan details in Settings → Subscription.
How do I set up a family account?
During onboarding or in Settings, you can choose a family account type and add family members. Family accounts allow multiple users to share achievements.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Go to Settings → Export to download all your achievements and data in a portable format.
